Pear, Walnut, Gorgonzola Salad with Poppy Seed Dressing & Dried Cranberries
This may be my favorite salad of all time y'all. The flavors are absolutely mouthwatering & it's the PERFECT salad to take to upcoming holiday festivities! I make it ALL the time and it's very fitting for fall! :)
It's 100% foolproof and can be thrown together in a matter of a few minutes! I absolutely love the depth of flavors -- juicy pears paired with chopped walnuts, dried cranberries, tangy gorgonzola cheese, and poppy seed dressing equals the PERFECT combo!
I also LOVE all of the pops of color and different textures too. This salad is perfect for a simple lunch OR for a fancy dinner. One thing is for sure -- your dinner guests will DEFINITELY go back for seconds! Bon appetit y'all!

Pear, Walnut, Gorgonzola Salad with Poppy Seed Dressing & Dried Cranberries
Yields 4 servings
Prep time: 5 minutes
INGREDIENTS
5 cups spring mix & spinach salad mix
⅓ cup dried cranberries
⅓ cup chopped walnuts
6 ounces gorgonzola cheese
1 bartlett pear, chopped
4-6 ounces poppy seed dressing, such as Brianna’s
NOTES
Bartlett pears are my favorite to use in this recipe because they are super juicy and full of flavor.

INSTRUCTIONS
Add the spring mix & spinach to a large bowl.
Sprinkle the dried cranberries, chopped walnuts, gorgonzola cheese, and chopped pear over the greens.
Drizzle the poppy seed dressing evenly on top.
Toss the salad with tongs to coat.
Serve immediately.
