This may be my favorite salad of all time y’all. The flavors are absolutely mouthwatering & it’s the PERFECT salad to take to upcoming holiday festivities! I make it ALL the time and it’s very fitting for fall! 🙂
It’s 100% foolproof and can be thrown together in a matter of a few minutes! I absolutely love the depth of flavors — juicy pears paired with chopped walnuts, dried cranberries, tangy gorgonzola cheese, and poppy seed dressing equals the PERFECT combo!
I also LOVE all of the pops of color and different textures too. This salad is perfect for a simple lunch OR for a fancy dinner. One thing is for sure — your dinner guests will DEFINITELY go back for seconds! Bon appetit y’all!
