Blueberry French Toast, Flourless Chocolate Cookies, and Peppermint Dark Chocolate Oreos seemed to be the top 3 recipes over the holidays!
This delicious breakfast casserole is the combination of a crumbly top blueberry muffin + french toast and it is SO. GOOD. Y’ALL. In fact, it’s my new favorite and I’m making it for our family Christmas morning! Mainly because I can make everything ahead of time — which I love! 🙂 Oh, and did I mention that this makes a TON of food?! You can literally feed a crowd & that’s essential around Christmas! 🎄

These Peppermint Dark Chocolate Oreos were inspired by none other than my beloved Trader Joe’s! 😉 I picked up a package of what they call “Peppermint Joe Joe’s” a few weeks ago when I was back in Texas and my first thought was OMG I can totallyyyy make these at home!
This time of year, especially around the holidays, there is nothing better than a hot savory dip to serve when friends & family are over! Add crab and BAM — it makes a dip 10x better in my opinion. I love crab meat y’all. It’s sweet, flakey, and DELICIOUS! I definitely got my love for it from my mom. Growing up she always made crab quiche and it was one of my most requested dinners as a kid.
