Peach Cobbler No-Churn Ice Cream

I absolutely love no-churn ice cream, especially when it tastes like a little bite of heaven in every bite. This is that kind of recipe. All it takes is 8 ingredients and I bet you have most of them already on hand!

My husband’s favorite dessert of all time is peach cobbler so this ice cream was definitely inspired by him. I had a couple of super ripe peaches a few weeks ago and everything for no-churn ice cream in my pantry and fridge, so it was meant to be.

My two favorite things about this cold & creamy dessert are the fresh peaches & “cobbler topping.” The topping is actually a graham cracker crust crumbled up & it adds the perfect amount of texture with the creamy base and fresh peaches.

I cannot wait for y’all to share this with your family & friends for the rest of the summer!! Jaxon, Sutton, and Rhett cannot get enough of this ice cream so I’ve been making it on constant repeat. 🍑🍦
